第三十六条 社区应当建立居务监督委员会，对居民委员会工作进行监督，其成员由居民会议或者居民代表会议在居民或者社区工作者中推选产生。居民委员会成员及其近亲属不得担任居务监督委员会成员。居务监督委员会的任期与居民委员会的任期相同。
